Connect Groups
Connect Groups are how we build community at C3 Long Island. They provide an opportunity outside of our weekend services to meet in small gatherings and connect with each other and with God. Our mission is to help you enjoy your best life for the glory of God. Connect Groups will help you do that in a nurturing and fun environment. Whether you are new to the church or someone who has seen C3 grow and flourish through the years, Connect Groups were created with you in mind as we do life together.
Morning Women’s Bible connect| Leader: laurie bastis
Women of all ages gather together Friday mornings to encourage & support one another, have fun together, and journey together into the Word of God thru a Leader chosen Bible Study. We'll also have a time of Worship & Prayer at each meeting, and remain connected throughout the week through a Group Chat (optional).

A group of women coming together to live in victory by the blood of Jesus through studying His word. This semester we will be following the Chosen 3 study.

A place for seasoned couples to come together to glean, learn and be inspired through God’s word on how to maintain and nurture a healthy, thriving, God-centered relationship.

A group for women of all ages and at all stages of their journey growing together in Jesus. This semester we’ll be reading The Deeply Formed Life by Rich Villodas. Purchase ahead on Amazon.

Not A Fan Connect | Leaders: DARRYL MORRIS & BOBBY MIDDENDORF
A bible connect studying the book ‘Not a Fan’ by Kyle Idleman centered around every Christian's calling to follow Jesus Christ truly. It's an opportunity and a time where you can be open to what Christ would say about your thoughts, feelings, and the motivations of your heart. It's a challenge, a call to look at your relationship with Jesus with fresh eyes and see if it's everything that it could be.

ALPHA & OMEGA BIBLE CONNECT | Leaders: BOBBY SMITH & JENNIFER TURNER
A collaborative Bible Connect studying Exodus and a few Psalms.

UNBROKEN BY FAITH | Leaders: ERIK CARPENTER & CHARLIE CYBULSKI
A group open to all to encourage and motivate each other in serving our Lord God. This semester we’ll be reading the fictional story, “Unbroken by Faith” and discuss how it ties to bible passages and teachings. The book will be provided to connect group members.

YOUNG COUPLES CONNECT | Leaders: Jamie & Jacob Restituto
A connect group designed for young couples; whether you're dating, engaged or married to fellowship together. In this connect group our focus is keeping God at the center of our relationships. We tackle this through various discussions and activities!

Young Adults connect (Ages 18-30) | Leaders: JACOB WEEKS, EMILY SHUETT & JOSE MENDEZ
Connect with other young adults in the church as we grow in relationship with one another and with God. We have a blast but always make sure to leave room for God to move through fellowship and prayer. We will be finishing reading 1st Timothy and then pick a different bible book to read.

ROARIN’ 30s Connect - Family Connect | leaders: Melanie & Kevin Roby
Family-friendly group open to anyone in their 30s with kids looking to connect and share in our faith. Our goal is to discuss topics from the Bible and help apply that knowledge to the modern world and every day issues. Childcare available $$.

ROARIN’ 30s Connect - Adult Connect | leaders: Melanie & Kevin Roby
Open to anyone in their 30s, without kids, looking to connect and share in our faith. Our goal is to discuss topics from the Bible and help apply that knowledge to the modern world and every day issues.

Girls Connect | Leader: Jenn Carlino
We are a Connect Group for pre-teen girls and their moms as we discuss the book, Lies Girls Believe by Dannah Gresch. Once a month we gather to discuss topics such as skyrocketing anxiety to bullying on social media, and the challenges young women face. Together we are helping the young girls we love, while equipping them with God's truth.

FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP CONNECT | LEADERS: PS. SARAH NAZARIO & DAVE RODRIGUEZ
A group to get families connected and to help lay and maintain a strong Christian foundations by building community and getting involved/staying informed in the latest happenings in the C3 Kids Ministry. BYO Lunch and $$ for childcare.
